We are a consultancy, research and expert witness organisation, comprising professionals who have undertaken such work since 1995. Our business is split into three parts:

• Employment expert witness reports for personal injury & clinical negligence litigation processes.

• Consulting and expert witness services in respect of financial analysis for engineering / construction project disputes

• Economic research in areas such as added value analysis, market development and economic trends.

In respect of expert witness work, we take instruction from solicitors acting for Claimant or Defendant, but in a third of cases jointly between Claimant and Defendant. We strive to product succinct, fair and objective reports that reflect the facts of each case, comply with litigation and arbitration rules, and which will stand up to scrutiny of either side. Historically our instructions have been split 52% Claimant and 48% Defendant originating..

Much of our business comes from recommendations and successive instructions. We aim to provide a quality, speedy and professional service at competitive rates in the market, and we can provide a fast turn-round if required. Where necessary we are able to access other associates to meet particular requirements of instructing clients. We are able also to provide consultancy opinion to evaluate case points, where formal expert reports are not required for the Court.
